Mike is an experienced financial services industry professional with a history of successfully building investor awareness and funding strategies for numerous start up and emerging growth companies . Under Mike's leadership, NETGENPR has grown from a startup to a premiere provider of Digital IR solutions that enable publicly traded companies to increase their shareholder base, reduce disclosure risk and improve valuation.
A growing number of U.S. publicly traded companies and institutions rely on NETGENPR and IR Newsroom interactive solutions to help manage their Investor Relations presence online as well as their overall corporate communications strategy. T.S. Elliott is President, Chief Community Strategist and Co-founder of The NETGENPR Group, developer of IR Newsroom. With an educational and professional background including over 14 years in psychology, therapy and counseling, she brings a unique set of communications skills and insights to the IR Newsroom team. Effective communication on the social Web requires an entirely different approach than traditional IR/PR messaging.
New communications guidelines include avoiding 'PR speak', being brief, stating your intention and being yourself. There are no short cuts to building effective two-way dialogue with your audience. T.S. Elliott's intimate understanding of social psychology and the dynamics of human interaction have positioned her as a highly astute and proven community manager.

Kurtis Johnson - VP/Business Development
Kurtis Johnson is Vice President of Business Development for The NETGENPR Group, developer of IR Newsroom. Kurtis has 25 years in Senior level management. He was a Regional VP for restaurant groups in the Northeast managing 42 restaurants across 5 states. After 15 years in the restaurant industry Kurtis was recruited into the Automotive industry. He has managed dealerships with a sales volume of 700 cars per month and $204 million in income per year. Kurtis then purchased a Hyundai franchise in Athens, Georgia.
Kurtis’s years of experience in managing large organizations and multiple locations gives him a unique perspective on the sales process and overall corporate organization. His business philosophy is every position in the organization is equally as important as his own. He believes that training separates good organizations from great organizations. In everything we do there is a set established process. It is these systems and processes that managed consistently and fairly, create an organization that sustains steady growth during all business phases and business cycles.
